  • Who can use this Service?
    Families, Guardians, Schools (Secondary, Day and Boarding), Institutions, Universities
  • How do we support schools?
    All students. (Check locations available for day students booked via a family). Staff transfers. Our drivers will wait for the day at the airport/train station to collect students arriving into the location and transfer as a group. Co-curricular transfers. Check-in assistance. Appointment escort. We can arrange any type of vehicle required for the journey.
  • Can we do group bookings or pick up a sibling?
    Yes absolutely – we can go via any location and collect along the way. Just include those details with the booking. Ensure correct mobile number is added to the booking.
  • Do I have to be a boarder?
    No - local families can use Kabs4Kids for special events, sporting locations. However we are not a babysitting service.
  • Can we split the fair?
    We accept 1 payment – you can take care of the split!
  • What hours is Kabs4Kids available?
    Drivers are available 24 hours a day.
  • How do I pay?
    1. Download our app via Apple Store. 2. Book online with your credit card 3. K4K can send you an invoice – credit card or direct debit. No driver will accept cash or credit card. Schools can arrange to be invoiced on a monthly basis.
  • When do bookings need to be made by?
    For a standard vehicle (4-7 persons) we require booking to be made by 7pm prior to day of travel. We can accommodate last minute bookings, but to avoid disappointment, we advise you to plan ahead! Vans (13 seater) require 3 days notice. Buses require a week's notice.
  • Cancellation Policy
    1 day prior to travel no cost to you, 4 hours prior to transfer then 50%. An hours notice full fare. If flight or train is cancelled due to weather conditions then payment in full required.
  • What locations is Kabs4Kids available in?
    We are available in all major cities. Please drop us an email for regional areas - we may be able to help!
  • What are your rates?
    Our minimum fare is $55. Kabs4Kids is not a budget operator. We are transporting children safely, securely and in a timely manner. Flat rate from A to B, includes GST & tolls. No hidden extras. If it is a return trip and there is waiting time, there is an additional charge of $15 for 15 mins or $30 per half hour. If it is an appointment and there is waiting time it will be quoted to you prior to booking. Check-In assistance is from $60 per child in addition to the transfer. Covers parking costs and time taken to check your child in safely and securely. We are happy to quote you on your ride via email (book@kabs4kids.com.au)
  • Who are the drivers?
    Kabs4Kids know all their drivers! All Kabs4Kids drivers must have a Working With Children certification, police checked, insured and those that transport children with disabilities are first aid certified. All drivers are then personally interviewed. All drivers are known to Kabs4Kids.
  • Terms and Conditions
    Flat rate quoted from A to B. Payment is required prior to travel unless otherwise arranged. 24 hours cancellation notice required to avoid charges. Less than 24 hours 50% of the rate quoted will be charged to person who made the booking. Check-in assistance starts from $60 (inc GST) for unaccompanied minor/assistance requested, this is an additional cost to the transfer rate. All information for the required paperwork to be completed for our additional services should be sent to book@kabs4kids.com.au for the nominted time for the child to be travelling on a plane and or train.
